Is your child getting enough sleep?


Do you know how much times for the children to sleep? And why the children always feel sleepy during noon time or evening? How should we help them to reduce sleepy during school time? What should the parents do to help them to change the habits? The research team found that it depends on the children who have time to sleep at home but generally the children need as what we show in the following:
  • Ages 3-5: 11-13 hours
  • Ages 5-12: 10-11 hours
  • Ages 11-17: 9.5-9.25 hours
Therefore the parents should pay attention for them to have enough times to sleep such as check them what is time they go to sleep? And what time did they get up. Generally, children should allow them to sleep no late than 21 o’clock because they can up on time to travel to school and if the go to sleep at 21 o’clock it means they have enough time to do homework from school.
